Shade where it can make a difference.

Monrovia’s tree canopy coverage is about 12% below Foothill Boulevard. More trees can make streets more comfortable to walk, create habitat for wildlife, and bring lasting beauty to neighborhoods. In 2027, Grow Monrovia will work with residents to identify planting opportunities in their neighborhoods and help care for the new trees.

Grow Monrovia will review each location to make sure the right tree has room to thrive.
